Process accompaniment

Every fourth changing project ends with no acknowledgeable result. A study of the University of St Gallen (Switzerland) says that from the rest, not even four out of ten realize not even 60 percent of their envisioned goals.

In order to have your changing project be successful, we offer an external process accompaniment. We see ourselves as a connection between the initiators, the concerned organizational units and their employees and partners. Together, we will develop “a design of the changing process“ with consideration of human resources.

We will supply you with change agents, who will accompany the change with work groups and help coordinate them with the help of workshops.
